As much as we can hope that a player never uses cheating, unfortunately the possibility cannot be ruled out. In the event that this happens, the ReadyCheck Team will be able to act against the player(s) in question, taking measures according to the situation, trying to meet everyone's needs.

In fact, whatever is the game you're choosing to create a tournament on, the ReadyCheck Team is not connected in any way to its publishers, so because of this reason we are asking you to report every act of cheating that compromises the performance of one or more matches of the tournament sending us evidences like screenshots, videos and/or any live streaming recordings.

Out Team will check your report as soon as possible, but depending on the seriousness of it, there will be different consequences and a punitive action.

If a player (or more) will be surprised by someone while using cheats but there is no evidence about it, the Team will limit itself applying "strikes" with a range of 3, 5, or 7 depending on the type of tournament (1vs1, 3vs3 and 5vs5). After reaching those strikes, there will be a direct verification with the Teams, players involved and the organizer, to decide an exclusion of the cheaters from the tournament and/or our platform.

In the event that the reports are found to be truthful after verification by the ReadyCheck Team, or the player is surprised to be using actionable practices and there is concrete evidence in this regard, the cheater (s) in question will be instantly banned from the platform, he / she will no longer be able to participate or create tournaments on it and the other participants in the tournament who are victims of cheating, will receive a refund of their participation fee from Ready Check, while in the regards the teammates of the cheater / s an additional verification step will be required.
